Healthiest fruit

We all like to have fruits in our regular diet. But we are hardly aware which of the fruits are the healthiest. Is it orange, grape, apple, mango or papaya? Undoubtedly, fruits are the source of large quantities of vitamins, phytonutrients, minerals which our bodies cannot survive without.

It is always necessary to increase the intake of food since we always run the risk of consuming synthetic toxins in the food. We also need to have more fruits to save ourselves from the risk of cancer and heart diseases. If we do not have balanced nutritious food we may suffer from the serious diseases.

However, our prime concern regarding fruits must be which fruits are the healthiest and nutritious. Our body needs to fight against serious diseases and so it requires nutrients. We must have at least thirty pounds of fruit.

Apple is considered to be one of the healthy fruits. Apples are rich in phytonutrients. You can also have oranges since it is rich in vitamin C and bioflavanoids. Bananas are rich both in trace minerals and potassium. Fruits like mangoes and papayas are rich in antioxidants.

So, consumption of fruits can be considered to be one of the essential factors of good health.
